How do I place an order?

Buying from TINKUY is easy! Once you find an item you would like to purchase, simply click the "Add to Cart" button in that product's description page. Once you are done adding the products you want to buy, click the cart button on the top right corner of the site so will enter to cart page, after click in Paypal button to pay with that mean of payment or click on the "Checkout" button if you want to pay with debit/credit card. Start your first purchase here.


What are my payment options?

TINKUY accepts Paypal or credit/debit Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club.


How do I remove a product of the cart?

You can check the content of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the "Cart" button at the top right corner of the page. You will see a list of the products you have added, along with a "Remove" icon on the right side. Click on that button to remove the article from your list.


Where is my order?

We have a tracking system for your orders, find it in the submenu of the "Account" section of our website, on the top bar. Should you have any troubles, please contact us.


How long will my order take to arrive?

The delivery time will depend on the service chosen. There are two options:
- DHL shipping takes between 1 and 3 days.
- Standard shipping takes between 10 and 15 days.
Both include tracking number of your order.


How do I return a product?

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or incomplete item, or if part of your order is missing, the first step is to notify us immediately. Please use this contact form to write to us and report a problem. Double-check you are including your full name, order number and contact information in your message, along with as much information as you can about the problem. Our customer service will read your message and write back to help. At Tinkuy, your satisfaction is our priority.


Can I cancel or modify my order?

It is generally not possible to cancel or modify an order once it has been submitted. However, if your order has not yet been shipped, we may make an exception. Please contact us as soon as possible.


I haven't received my order. Is it lost?

Please use our tracking service to find out the status of your order sending a mail to [email protected] with the necessary infromation to detect your purchase like name of the product, name of the client, date and mean of payment. Anyway, please do make sure you are indicating your full and correct shipping address when placing your order, as we will not accept responsibility for products sent to a misspelled address.
